We take pride and put love into our craft of smoking premium meats every day. We dry rub our meats and slow smoke up to 16 hours over white oak and applewood.
We serve our meat naked, allowing you to try our authentic smoked flavor first. We then recommend you try one our amazing homemade sauces.
We take pride in our meats and will not cut corners- sometimes that might mean we sell out (gulp!) and have to close early for the day.
